What happens on tasting day

A meeting with the head chef, every dish in the package and a taste of the cake.
The tasting takes place one month before the wedding. Every dish from your package comes to the table in small portions.
You make changes with the head chef: flavour, portion and presentation. Two or three cake flavours are prepared to try.
Every decision is written on the menu sheet, and on the day the kitchen works from exactly that.
